                               The Challenges and Benefits of Cultural Diversity 

                  Cultural diversity is the quality of diverse or different cultures. There are many challenges and benefits of cultural diversity between countries. In this essay I’m going to discuss this controversial issue and I will suggest some positive and negative aspects of this issue.

                   There are many challenges that can affect cultural diversity. First of all, the difficulties in dealing and understanding between different countries, this can be the language that is used between them. As consequence, each country has their own language that they use while communicating with each other. Moreover, it can be caused in their lifestyle which includes type of food, cloth and religion. Furthermore, the most important reason can be the difference in nationalities which can be lead of having crimes, because the difference in thinking. India is one of the countries that can be many crimes happen, because of people thoughts.

On the other hand, there are many benefits.  Most of the religions in the cultures. People share same believes which can be confidence, loyalty and trust.

                    In conclusion, cultural diversity is a major concern in modern society, and it negatively impacts people’s lives. In my opinion, Cultural diversity must have more benefits than challenges because we need to be positive thinking more than thinking in a negative way.
